I did my current event in Gov on Wangari Maathai's death earlier this week...I was really sad about it. It struck me like a death of someone very close me, though obviously it isn't that way at all.
I got kind of emotional and was up there for a while talking about what an amazing woman she was. I think I freaked some kids in my class out. I sat down and felt like I was going to cry. It was really weird.
